Thirty of Miami’s influential names were honored at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. Château Du Parc poured at the tasting table.
More than 250 guests came. The night was a Bordeaux tasting: a glass of Château Du Parc, and the story of the wine. It sat with cobia ceviche and chicken paella, and with mini pecan pies and flan. The weather turned. The table did not.
