Consultant
A winemaker and consultant from a Bordeaux line of producers dating to the 15th century. He has been President of the Union des Grand Crus de Bordeaux and of the Cercle Rive Droite de Grands Vins de Bordeaux, the body that watches the quality of Right Bank wines. His reputation in the region is without parallel.
Winemaker & estate manager
A native of Saintes, just north of Bordeaux. For more than two decades he has made wine in the region. He holds a degree in agronomy and post-graduate study at the Vayres Rural Institute — winegrowing, oenology, and the trade. For owner Tom Sullivan he also keeps Château Auguste in Entre-deux-Mers, Château Moya in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, and Château Gaby in Canon-Fronsac.
